By accessing or using NovaGRC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

NovaGRC provides an enterprise risk management platform, including a risk register with heat-map scoring, business impact analysis (BIA), business continuity planning (BCP), compliance tracking, reporting, and team workflow tasks.

3. Accounts

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk download data without permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service.

5. AI Features

Any AI-assisted features are provided as decision-support tools only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You remain responsible for verifying recommendations before acting on them. NovaGRC is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

The NovaGRC name and platform design are our intellectual property. Your workspace content remains yours. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. NovaGRC supports risk management — it does not provide security guarantees.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NovaGRC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or a notice within the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
